The Administrator will work to move an Ordinance forward to City Council for the exemptions of requirements for the undergrounding of aerial utility lines which are upgraded or installed as part of the infrastructure improvements within districts of the Auburn IPZ.

The City will explore incentives for the reduction of System Development Charges and Fee Rates for low impact development techniques. The vision, mission and goals of the Auburn IPZ will be clearly communicated out in a variety of means to the zones stakeholders, to our local community and to potential new clients or industries.
